Next Level Strength: The Ultimate Rings and Parallettes Program
M**N
Hands down one of the best sources for learning Rings and Parallettes!
If you are familiar with the Kavadlo Brothers than you know they write and teach quality material. They took it upon themselves to create not only a book but a program on how to use Olympic Rings and Parellettes to build serious strength. This a great resource to not only learn these tools but also with the programming in here to help you build strength! Al and Danny break down each move and give tips to regress or progress to your level. The program has 3 stages and ideas inside to help you progressing for a lifetime. You won't find more info about these tools in any other resource. Buy it,read it, apply it! Get NEXT LEVEL STRONG! Thanks guys!

Adds to the great stack of Fitness Knowledge
I've got the whole Collection of the Kavadlo's books and if anything new comes out I'll grab it day 1. The Masters of bodyweight training with each title always filled with great descriptions, insightful tips, a dash of comedy and motivational discipline galore. And now with the latest book we get all kinds of great exercises on the rings and bars with a full on workout program to boot. Beyond on that is the extra section of all kinds of workout goodies and stories. So another great book to add to anyone's workout collection. Good times in store. Yeah buddy!Spencer Scott HolmesThat "Pizza Boyz" comic guy.

Kavadlo Brothers do it again!
This is the 3rd book I have from the Kavadlo's and I am not disappointed. I had recently broken both wrist and do not have my full range of motion back yet. Training on rings is the perfect way for me to keep my wrists in a neutral position and work my body. I have only had the book for a week but am already seeing improvements in my strength and my body. Can't wait to see what I can accomplish in 6 months of this.

A superb fitness and health resource.
This is a great source of information on the rings, parallettes, and more. You get some pretty solid beginner and intermediate routines to follow. Better still however, you get a lot of other useful information presented to you. Whether you want to learn about common sense (non-exclusionary or extreme) nutrition principles, cold exposure, or programming your own workouts, you’ll find what you need here. This is a great book, masterfully presented as you’d expect by the Kavadlo brothers. There’s not much in the way of fluff. They get right to the stuff you want to learn. I would definitely recommend this book.

Now more than ever, America needs the Kavadlo brothers!
This is exactly what I was looking for, a way to start with rings and parallettes. I built myself a quarantine calisthenics tower (a wooden squat rack with pullup bar at 7ft) and parallettes and ordered a few rings. Maybe all the weights and TRX and other fitness equipment is sold out, but old fashioned rings are still available! There are a ton of guys demonstrating the exercises, but the brothers offer a program that's a doable way to start from almost nothing. I feel stronger, getting my dad bod under control, and I am seeing progress almost every day.I can't believe I'll do an inverted hang in several more weeks at Level 2 but perhaps it'll happen. To me, this is way more fun than kettlebells for home workouts. Keep up the great work guys!

Ok book on rings for beginners
Good introductory book - The book is by no means the ultimate book. Overcoming Gravity leaves this book behind

Time for Humility
Next Level Strength is an excellent book that deserves a place in every calisthenics enthusiast's library. If you're serious about your health and fitness, and ready to take your training to the next level, this is the book for you. Just like the title states, be ready for an humbling experience; however, don't stress out just yet, because Al and Danny provide you with everything you need to test your strength before progressing to subsequent levels. Note to the authors: Thank you!!!!

It is all about promotion of authors, no real info
There is no real exercise information in the book. Pages filled with full size color pictures of authors. Total garbage!

Top notch
If your interested in callisthenics and body weight training the Kavadlo brothers are the best! A lot of these programmes start at a level that are beyond most of us. The Kavadlo brothers start at a level which I thought was under my level for some exercises and some were harder but I stuck with it. Some didn’t challenge me and some were awful hard, but these guys know what they are doing. I tore my rotator cuff so I shyed away from shoulder exercises for years. I’ve followed their advice to the letter it works and I feel stronger. I’ve have been doing it for a long while now but it’s made a big difference! Take a look at all of the Kavadlo books you won’t go wrong.

Well-written Progressive Calisthenics Program
I really like what the Kavadlo brothers did with this book, even more than their previous book "Get Strong" (which is still good!).The use of rings and parallettes is clever and lets you start from any level. Can't do a push up? No problem just raise the height of the rings. The program is progressive and well thought out, but you would expect it from these two ;)Give it a go, it will be worth your while.

Best out there for calisthenics adherents of rings and paralettes.
I’d seen the book a few times but it wasn’t until I got more into calisthenics and that as a vanlife type that I’d settled on rings and paralettes as the foundation of my gym.Having done so the fact that this tome focused on utilizing those apparatuses was what lead me in. Wish I’d bought this sooner. Over coming gravity is an excellent book on the calisthenics discipline but overly in depth and kind of unwieldy. I don’t want to study calisthenics, I want to do it, to train.I wish I’d got this book sooner. This is the bad boy. The workout progression is well designed, the descriptions leave you in no doubt about what it is you’re supposed to do.It’s straight forward and highly practical. If you’re into the paralettes and rings it’s the best training guide out there. Disappointed I didn’t get it sooner.Brilliant book.

Want a challenge?
I have always been somewhat active, whether practising BJJ, doing a GMB program, bodyweight work outs, but this program is without a doubt the most humbling training program I have ever done. If you enjoy bodyweight training and need a new challenge, be sure to get this book!
