I have been taking these about 30 minutes before I workout, and I have definitely noticed an increase in energy without the jitters and tingling that comes with normal pre-workout. I haven't been taking them long enough to know if they are effective at fat burning, but I will say I sweat a lot more than before.My only drawback is that on days you don't work out it says to take one in the morning. The one time I did this I was seeing little stars while I was trying to work, and I felt too antsy.

Tried for 30 days and did not notice any difference. Perhaps a longer trial is in order.

For those who like Thermogenic capsules, these are a great looking one to try. First all they just look fantastic. Bright red capsules in a nice transparent tube, looks like something from a movie prop. So that gives it a bit of intrigue at the gym. Having said that, I found these were a little larger than normal although they were still just as easy to swallow. Did they keep my temp elevated and my metabolism working overtime? Well they certainly seemed to help although ow much of that was from these and how much was from my workout it's hard to say. Either way you do get the health benefits of thermogenics so as far as I'm concerned these are quite good and fit the bill

This is a decent fat burner, however I find it very expensive in comparison to comparable products. The capsules are easy to swallow and completely tasteless which is great. They come in this really cheap container, so for that kind of money I would have expected a little nicer packaging to be honest and a container that is a bit more robust to be honest. It has similar ingredients to other fat burners that are out there, so I was surprised to see their price.It has a good amount of caffeine in it but i did not get any "upper" effects from it. I did not get any jitters or anything like it so that was good.I have to say I didn't really notice any real effects and for what you are paying this seems disappointing to say the least.

I love Thermogenic Supplements because they give me a good energy boost and help to keep the waist trim. This one seems to be exceptional, because you only need to take 1 and I haven’t got the jitters as some of these types of supplements can do. I actually feel pretty good with taking this stuff. I love that it’s a healthy product that’s making me feel so good and trimming me up. Unfortunately for me, I can’t take it consistently because I can see that it can work off more weight than I need though. They’re also a bit beyond my pay grade but, I think they can really help someone who wants to be in better shape. To Good Health Everyone!
