I couldn't use this device upon receiving. The charging port is misaligned and too recessed for the included cable to successfully connect. Normally I wouldn't bother writing a review because my example is defective, but I feel the need to express a couple initial impressions:First has to do with the overall quality: it feels quite poor. Even for the price. That was the very first thing I noticed when I picked up the device--the plastic is noisy and cheap, with poor fitment. Squeeze it just a little (such as to pick it up) and most of the time you'll hear a creak or a click. It feels as if one moderate drop would shatter it or crack it open. Given the quality control issues mine has, maybe not all of them have fitment and noise issues like mine. To its credit, the price IS very low and it actually powered on and started charging my phone.The other thing I noticed is that it is suspiciously light, and weight distribution feels odd. My old battery pack (purchased 2015 or so) of 20,000 mAh must be 30-60% heavier with a slightly larger overall size and a more uniform weight distribution. I'm skeptical of this light weight being a feature--I can't shake the feeling that it's hiding an undersized battery. Take this one with a grain of salt because I couldn't actually test the capacity... but consider how easy it'd be for a product straight from China to lie about its actual capacity to appear more competitive in a crowded market. That would certainly not be unprecedented.I feel the need to reiterate that I couldn't actually use this device as intended because mine can't be charged. But I've decided that I'll instead look for a more name-brand battery for a little more. Even if mine worked as intended, I don't think I could shake my skepticism.If you're in the market for a cheap battery pack, I won't go so far as declaring "stay away from this," but I might suggest spending a little bit more to buy from a more recognizable brand.

This is definitely the most powerful charger I've ever seen. Everybody who saw it, asked me, where I've bought it and they wanted it too.It shows the charge percentage very accurately. The LED display is not very bright, but it's still easy to see it as long as you're inside, but outside you will have to block the sun with your hands to read the numbers. But usually it won't be needed anyway because it has so much charging power.25000mah is really a lot, but at least for now I haven't been able to achieve this number. But I hope that after some charging cycles I will be able to get at least close to this number.The really nice feature with this power bank is, that you can charge it with USB-C or micro USB. I've never had this and it's awesome flexibility and helps in daily life.I've been using a USB multimeter to measure the charging current and I got more than 1.8 A, which is the highest I've ever seen on my power banks and my phone is now charging much faster.

Purchased based on reviewers’ comments and a thumbs up to customer reviews. To reiterate customers’ remarks, the portable charger is slightly larger in length than an iPhone 7 and weighs more. Initial charge takes time but was 100% complete in the morning after charging overnight. Tested speed of charger on a Kindle Fire 7 that was 74% charged. It took 45 minutes to bring Kindle to 100% and there was still 94% charge capacity remaining on the portable charger digital display. Digital display and ability to charge more than 1 device at a time are added features that I appreciate. Just received charger yesterday so I’m unable to comment on battery life, but if my initial charge is any indication, I believe I will remain happy by this purchase. I anticipate using this device often while riding my bike to recharge my iPhone after playing music during my rides and while traveling on other occasions. I highly recommend this portable charger for individuals that don’t mind the size and weight of the unit.

This battery pack is big, both in dimensions and capacity. It has a small display to see the percentage of charge remaining. It has one micro-USB input and one USB Type C input. It has 3 USB(A) outputs. The USB Type C is unfortunately only an input, so any Type C to Type C wires are useless. Because of the capacity, this thing takes a long time to charge, but also provides a lot of juice. Using the micro USB input takes forever. Literally may Charge 25% overnight. Yes, 4 percent an hour. Pathetic. Luckily the USB Type C input is much faster. Full charge overnight, no problem. Too bad it can't be used as an output too.

I’ve had this charger for two years. Suddenly it “imploded”. The face popped off and the device’s “organs” are swollen. I can’t close it back up. When not in use, it was kept in a backpack in my closet… at 75 degrees (temperature) max. Not sure what happened or how. Before this happened, the charger was top notch. I would have recommended 5 out of 5. Now I’m shocked and disappointed.

Well definitely wasn’t sure about this being able to handle multiple devices. But I do have to say we were pleasantly surprised. I needed some new portable chargers as we live in a hurricane prone area and you never know when or how long the power will be out. So before the last storm hit, Hurricane Dorian, we charged this little baby up just in case it would be needed. Well needless to say we needed it, and it performed great. We had 2 phones to charge completely and a tablet to do a half charge. It started at 100% and by the time everything was fully charged we still had 46% left on the battery bank. I also love the mesh carrying bag that is included as it makes it so much easier to keep everything together when your on the go. Definitely was worth the money. Great for yourself or for a gift , you will not be disappointed in this purchase.
