This thing was honestly complete junk. It wouldn't pair with my laptop (and I have a predator gaming computer) and then wouldn't shut off. I was ready to throw it through a window. The instructions are badly translated trash. Seriously, this thing was a total waste of time. Buy something with normal instructions that can pair with bluetooth.

It's like Christmas unboxing the controller! I can't wait to start playing games with this. Overall it feels like it is well built. I like that it can hold my iPhone X (even in its case). But for an iOS user, it doesn't work right out of the box ... you have to go to a website by scanning the QR code and download software to update the firmware, which can only be done if you have Android device or Windows 10 PC. Being mostly an Apple ecosystem household meant that I'm screwed. I tried using the few non-apple devices such as Amazon tablet (doesn't work) and an old PC laptop running Windows 10 (doesn't recognize the connected device via bluetooth). I feel like this is false advertising or at least very misleading to say the controller is iOS compatible.

Do not buy. The software this has you install seems on your phone seems to be the only purpose of the manufacturer.If you already bought this, don't install the software to your phone. If you do, remove it immediately. It might take several tries.Doesn't work from out the gate. Only buttons work but not directional sticks thus making this useless (yes even when switching the mode).This is such a poor product, I suspect the only goal is having you install software to your phone.

They make this controller seem easier to use than it really is. You basically need to program and set where each button goes before you can use it properly and then you also need to make sure that it is updated. There is a youtube video about how too, but it took me forever to figure everything out. But besides all that it’s ok.

This controller works great with my Pixel 3a. Bluetooth connects with no issues. The phone holder is sturdy enough so that the phone doesn't fall over the hinge towards your thumbs (like some other controllers do). I highly recommend it.

This is a absolute waste of money!!!!!!!! I downloaded the app to be able to use the remote and the app made my keyboard disappear, it wouldn’t come up on any app. The moment I deleted the app it was perfectly fine. Then I returned it around 2 months ago and still haven’t been refunded for it to this day. If I could I’d give this a 0 star rating. I highly suggest not buying this!!

Was not useful and it don’t not work all the way, The control are is crap and hard to learn, when on gaming mode it just-Just-JUST go BOOM

I wanted this for Minecraft PE... doesn’t work.It tried for four hours, it’s a wast of money.And the apps it wants you to download to try and get it to work are sketchy from China and have horrible interfaces.
