This brought relief, when other sources failed.
I purchased this when dealing with a pinched nerve in my back. My expectations were not too high. One morning I called into work due to the pain and took the time to assemble this table. My expectations were exceeded and I could feel the type of spinal adjustments I was paying a chiropractor for, but the table has given me pain relief. I have never set it to 60, I use the middle setting and use it twice a day. I am a letter carrier and have dealt with back pain for years. This is the first time I have been given some hope, the table really works for me.

The product is working very well for me.
I waited 3 weeks to write this review. 1st the unboxing. Give yourself at least a 8X8 clear area to spread the parts. The biggest tip would be to pay attention to the front and back in the diagrams as you assemble. Adjust the foot restraint length to get a good pivot balance. The chrome caps kept falling off so I placed a small piece of duct tape on the ends and re-pressed them on. Now for the results. I have had sciatic pain and all of the rehab stretching only gave very brief relief. After 1 week I started noticing very good results. It hurt the first few times I used it and thought I made a $160.00 mistake, however I would recommend this product highly. The results are getting better with each week I use this. The only way I could give this 5 stars is if it came pre assembled.

Well-built inversion table.
The inversion table arrived within five days. Everything was included, no missing parts. Assembly was fairly easy if you have some mechanical skills and it took about one hour. The table is very sturdy and well built. I feel perfectly safe using it. I weigh about 200 lbs and I'm 5'9" tall. I picked this one for the price point and it had two features on it that are IMPERATIVE if you buy an inversion table. Those features are an adjustable head rest and the long bar to release the ankle clamps. I couldn't imagine having back issues and having to reach all the way down to pull up on a short bar, next to your ankles. That would be very difficult. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it doesn't have a restraint belt and because it doesn't have the cups to hold your ankles. The massage pad works quite well with zero problems so far. I ended up taking it off the table and I use it when I'm in my easy chair. It's had quite a few hours put on it. So far, no issues. As far as helping my back. the table does seem to help my back out. I did as instructed and used each level of inversion for a few days to get used to it. When I got to the 70 degree inversion angle, WOW, what a difference it made. I'm still leery to do a full 90 degree, straight up, inversion. The machine is capable but I'm not quite capable of it yet. The blood flowing to your head when upside down is a little bit unsettling. I only stay inverted for a minute or so. Any longer is pretty dicey for me. Maybe after using it for awhile, I can go longer. I've been using the table for about one month now.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this inversion back table. It is study, well-built, comfortable, and performs the job very well.

Mostly sturdy.
The box was smashed in one corner. I hoped nothing went missing or was broken. One of the plastic footing piece was broken but it doesn't affect anything and fits right onto the footing no problem. The metal parts are very sturdy. The foam pieces are put in place by these cheap plastic end pieces. It isn't secure so when you get off it knocks right off. It's annoying having to put it back on again. When attaching the bottom to the back there was a cheap plastic piece blocking the hole. It was warped making it hard to fit together. Picture included. I'm keeping it because I don't feel like returning it, it's heavy and because the rest of it works great. I like the heating back piece. The directions tell you to fix it so that when you lift your arms it easily goes back. Not sure how to do that so I have to struggle to push it back but it returns upright easily. It has a simple locking hook so it doesn't go upside down without you around eg. Kids playing with it. You can pull the pin and close it so you can put it away. It has wheels on one side so you can move it around if need be because it's heavy. Not bad overall. I hope they work on improving the cheap plastic pieces and footing.

yaassss
My husband has BIG sciatica problems. After mowing or weed eating it's the worst. He can lay back on this guy for about 10 to 15 minutes and he says it helps A LOT. We used to spend quite a bit on chiropractor appointments monthly,. this has cut back on that drastically. I can't believe we've lived so long without it.

Love this machine
A gift and she loves it. Very easy to assemble but solid when done. Loves the massage feature and that she can choose amount to incline. As a long time neck and back pain sufferer she finds this equipment to give a nice gentle stretch that has her feeling better for a while. Also she can put heat/massage unit on the floor to use.

Extremely damaged
Very disappointed when I got home and saw the mangled box sitting on my porch. After cutting ONE piece of tape the boxed opened right up. And the disappointment grew, the bars of the main frame were so badly damaged I couldn’t get the thing together at all from there I noticed we were missing half the parts needed and what we did have was scratched, dented or just plain broke and in usable. Now I have to find another box to fit all the parts and pieces in to send it back because there is absolutely no way to save it’s original box.
