Customer Service Fixed Issue
Originally received battery wouldn't line up as needed. Spoke to customer service, returned that one and they sent a new one. The new one fit perfectly.

Easy Install
Bought for APC Battery Backup 750. The replacement battery slid right into place. The battery comes mostly discharged like most batteries. But it had enough charge to plug it up to my devices and to the wall without triggering the low charge alarm.Happy with results.

No Way Near APC OEM
Installation was quick - under 3 minutes, but downhill from there. After 4+ years of using an APC UPS as a backup for my pellet stove, I started getting the Replace Battery alert. I originally ordered the OEM APC battery but it was backordered. I didnt want to wait. This was $40 cheaper and in stock, so I tried it. Even brand new, battery has failed to last 5 - 10 minutes during two power failures. That's merely powering shutdown fan. OEM (APC battery) would consistently run 40+ mins, even when 3 years old - more than enough for stove to run through it's entire shut down. This falls FAR, far short. Worse, yet, at about 5 mins the power gets so low it surges, which could fry circuitry.After going through multiple calls, texts and trouble shooting with their team - all clearly suggesting a defective battery - they became nonresponsive. They claimed their phone system went down. 🙄 Filed a claim for refund with Amazon and bought the OEM APC. Installed the APC and everything immediately resolved.I suppose anyone could produce a bad battery, but failing to stand behind a clearly defective product earns one star.

Installation
It had no instructions on resetting the UPS after new battery installed. Had to do it by process of elimination.
