Battery for iPhone 7

The battery and kit were everything needed to change your iPhone 7 battery. It included 3 types of screwdrivers, plastic pry tools, battery back adhesive, and a full case waterproofing adhesive that requires screen removal to install. This process is much more complicated than previous iPhones. If you don't want to replace the waterproofing strip around the case, there are only 9 tiny screws. If you want to do the adhesive as well there are two more. My old hands are getting shaky enough so I probably won't be able to get it done on the next generation of phones. In any case, a complete product at a decent price. Note: Check the battery before you start. Make sure it says iPhone 7 on the battery. The first one they sent was a 6 battery. It took only two days to get the right one in the mail.

Bought this for four iPhone 7s that weren’t holding their charge. First one took a little more time to do. Then it went quickly. It came with a gasket to return some of the water resistance. Not convinced it’s as safe as before but better than nothing. Using YouTube video to learn how to change the batteries made it really easy. Not only would I buy it again, I bought it three more times.Update. One of the phone batteries was not holding a charge. Contacted seller. 6 months after buying. Was given instructions how to rejuvenate battery. Worked great for the batteries that weren’t acting up. But the one battery did not respond. Seller sent out a new replacement. Now all is well. Great customer service!

Used this to replace my daughters Iphone 7 batttery which would nearly drain overnight and had 79% battery health. So far, so good with 100% battery health and really good life. Will report back in a couple of months if it deteriorates quickly.

This is the third iPhone battery I’ve replaced in different phones. First two took top all the way off and unplugged all connections, had no problems but took a little extra time. This one lifted top to 90 degrees and put a gum band around a weighted coffee can to hold it at 90 degrees. This is VERY IMPORTANT. I have never installed an iphone battery before but it only took me about 20 minutes. Pull the battery glue straight up from the black tabs, whatever you don don't break the tab otherwise it takes 10-15 minutes extra to remove the battery. So quickly.

Package was received on time with all advertised contents. Video instruction was very easy to follow (although this is my second battery change). IPhone 7 added a new type of screw (tri-point) so make sure you have the Tri-point (0.8) style screw driver before you start if you purchase from other vendors! Video does not show how to install the water-proof adhesive around the rim but it was self-explanatory; just make sure to put it on before putting the cables back in place. Be mindful on where you touch because the adhesives are quite sticky! All in all, this purchase was a good experience and would recommend the vendor!

Great battery kit everything you need to replace your battery .Battery been staying charged longer then the original battery I have children that live out of state I do a lot of video chatting battery lasts a long time

Battery installation was too complicated for my skill level. The internet provided very detailed instructions on installing the battery, but there were too many steps that if done incorrectly, would ruin my cell phone. I invested $28 to save a $250 cell phone.So,,,,,,,,,,, I took cell phone and battery to a repair guy who said that he would only install an OE battery, and the cost would be $70. I agreed. But he said he would check stuff out before he did the installation. When I returned 30 minutes later, he told me the old battery was fine, but couldn't be recharged because my plug-in wire was faulty. He didn't charge me anything. I bought a new plug-in wire and battery recharged as per usual.Problem solved at minimum cost. But the battery replacement is still too difficult for me. When the battery does go bad, I will take my cell phone back to the honest repair guy, in Doylestown, PA.
