Finally a fix for useless safety cans.
New gas cans have so many safety features that it is difficult or close to impossible to get fuel into or out of. These simplify the using tremendously. Put the nozzle in the tank, pop the breather, and fuel dispenses much faster than without. Much less fatigue holding up the fuel can while draining.These are a must have addition if you use portable fuel cans.

Gas cans work much better
Installed these on a few gas cans that had no vents. Installation was straight forward, drill a hole and push into hole. These are the same as the ones on my old gas cans. Gas pours much easier with the vents installed.Well worth it.

Does what they were made for!
Bought to replace on my gas kero diesel cans that need to be replaced I replaced 8 of them not to hard to replace they work very well! have a few left over for using in the future

Work fine if you use the correct size drill bit
These are a great little device for modifying or replacing your gas can vent caps. Just be absolutely certain that you drill the hole carefully with the exact drill bit size they recommend or they will leak all over the place. Ruined a can, but I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the drill bit size. At the cost of gas cans, that's an expensive mistake.

Not sure why I didn't look for these sooner but boy am I glad I found them. Don't have EZ pour spouts? No problem, just add a vent to your can and the new style siphon/vent spouts pour like a spigot rather than glugging.If you've got the EZ pour spouts and just lost the vents they came with... these are exactly the same. I drilled a 1/2inch hole since I don't own a 31/64 inch drill bit and I still had to press these through with a hammer. No drips, no glues, just full flowing freedom.

Easy replacement
Easy to install when your old one wears out. I used side cutter to grab and pry the old one out then just snap the new back in place, 2 minutes including getting the tool and putting it back.

They work great !
Cheap, easy and effective. drilled 15/32" hole, and a bit tight to shove in, but then, no leak even when can tipped over. Turns a shitty "no vent" gas can into something useful again !!
