I've used this when my sinuses plug and cause breathing problems. You can take thyme herbs raw but this liquid is much more convenient and pleasant. It doesn't have much flavor when diluted in water. It is and effective decongestant. It's natural so it's speed may vary but it helps me out.

This organic thyme liquid extract is potent and effective! The quality is excellent, and it tastes totally disgusting. But I'm not here for the taste, because I don't like the taste of thyme. It's easy to tell that the herb is fresh and potent. The extract is in a brown glass dropper bottle to protect it from sun, light and other degrading factors. Although I can make extracts and tinctures at home, I needed something fast to help with my lung congestion, coughing and upper respiratory infection/flu symptoms.
