TAM20-GR Half Moon EZ Grip Tambourine 20 Jingles - Green

I wanted a tambourine to put on my hi-hat, one that was not overly loud like my LPs, and this is IT!It's also better than a "Clamp-on" hi-hat tambourine, as they have a slap-back delay, if you know what I mean.A tambourine that lays loose ON the hat cymbals "chicks" right WITH them, not after.This one is quiet enough to use with a cajon, in low volume situations, and has a very full & shimmery sound.I use it on a hi-hat with Zildjian Gen 16 SILENT 13" hi-hat cymbals and it's AWESOME.So much so, I've gone to using it live with my drum kit, with the Gen 16 bottom hat and a Dream Bliss 14" Paper Thin Crash on top, and it's fabulous!As a hand held tamb, this would not be my favorite, the handle is HARD plastic, NOT RUBBER.It does NOT fit my hand well, and I have a "broad palm", I would call it, and it's not a good fit.For hand held, I would go with a rubber gripped tambourine of a similar design.But for my use on the hi-hat, it's just great.I DID coat the nail heads that hold the jingles in place with Gorilla Glue after checking the sound & tone.I wanted to keep jingles from falling out, as has been the case with this tamb, and others, I've read reviews about on Amazon.

Although I have not used alot I like the tone and it appears to be a well made product

Awesome! These tambourines have turned our home into a praise hall. My family, even my 4 year old looks up to our evening praise and prayer time just to hold one and dance. They are light weight, sounds great, and they are durable.

Bought this to help keep on beat while I play(just to tap on with my foot) it’s doing the job perfectly. I don’t know enough about tambourines to say much else about it but it’s a cool color too.

I purchased this for my 7yo daughter a month ago to have for church and she loves it. It’s perfect for her little hands, holding up pretty good. Product is as pictured. I like the fact that it comes in multiple colors and she chose pink. So far it’s money we’ll spent.
