The product is not from Pretail GLASSWORLD Kerosene Lamp. But from coompany called SBHA; UNITED. "NO ORIGINAL BOX OF LAMP NOR SOME INSTRUCTION MANUAL WAS PRESENT. Because I have purchased previously the kerosene lamp from shop. UJWAL BRAND WITH ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX, INSTRUCTION MANUAL, WARRANTY, WEBSITE, TELEPHONE NUMBER WAS PRESENT. "VERY DISSATISFIED." Product product is not recommended, bad product. They have provided a visting card like thing with no address, proper name, email Id or website, or even telephone number. Very bad
