This is the first time I've tried Berberine, currently it is too soon to see if this has helped in any way. Delivery arrived as expected, the package arrived in pristine condition and the capsules appear to be undamaged. Should this help me, I would purchase again.

These capsules are white. Every other berberine product I've purchased has always been yellow.
