This dish keeps food warm up to three hours. It is better you buy the thermal bag with it which will keep the food warmers for more than three hours. However, do not put food in pipping hot or else it will not open.

I ordered one and loved it so much I had to get a second. The latches always stay latched and the lid seals very well.

Haven't had it long, but it's working to keep my sausage hot in my 12v portable oven. Now to see how leftovers work. If you heat it up it will seal up tight, just have to heat it back up, and it will open.

I bought this to replace single-use takeout containers, particularly when I dine-in and there is leftover food. In that regard, the size is perfect to fit in my backpack and it's light enough to carry all the time. The lid is thicker and sturdier than the body part. This container may not be big enough to accommodate a whole typical restaurant food portion.
