I'm on my 4th bottle and now I am on a subscription of this bittermelon capsules. The first bottle was sort of an experiment for me. In the beginning I felt sick because i took 2 capsules with a meal. The next few days I took 1 capsule after breakfast and 1after dinner. It seemed to work an d didn't make me feel sick. But there are times my sugar level was still high when i wake up in the morning. So I tried taking it just before eating meals. Most of the time i eat meals twice a day. But if i ate 3 meals in a day, I took 1 capsule for each meal just BEFORE EATING. I found this very effective and made my blood sugar levels normal.

I heard a lot of things about bitter melon from my family especially because my grandparents both have diabetes and lately they have been suffering from digestive problems.
