Not all magnets are the same. Check the size and the dims before making a decison. Our Magnanamous Magnets are 1" wide so they work in many different situations. Most of the time you don't need a smaller magnet, so 1/2 inch wide just doesn't do the job. It is 1/16"" thick which means more holding power is stored in the magnet. 10 foot long gives you almost a life time supply. LOL. This is perfect for all sorts of crafts for the fridge, workshop etc. We say everyone needs a roll of magnets in their junk drawer. Just peel off the backing and stick to the location you want it and you have your own magnanamous magnet. Our motto: Take your iron, stick like glue and be strong for life.
