NOt great
They are alright I guess but won't buy the headgear again. I am boxing coach and we used them almost 2 or 3 times a week. They become loose and move a lot. The strap is too long and the Velcro does last long. I would not recommend it try the pro mex headgear works fine. The pro mex does not have the back padding but I do a lot of controlled sparring so they work fine.

Good Headgear
I've been having trouble finding the right headgear to fit my big o head. But this one fits, although when the sweat starts to build up, the headgear will start to shift around when I get hit. But overall, good headgear, keeps me protected.
