I had an issue with one of my bowls where there was a hairline crack that I randomly noticed only a couple weeks after I bought them. I contacted customer support and they were so, so nice. They are sending me a replacement bowl and apologized repeatedly for my inconvenience. I will definitely be a returning customer for Dowan because of the safe quality of the products and now because of the customer service

Although advertised as 28oz they are much smaller. If you follow the write up far enough down it says that the capacity is more like 20oz. Why not just say “20oz bowls “. Might not be false advertising but it certainly is misleading advertising.

I love these bowls. They're just the size I wanted, very capacious, good for serving and mixing both. They also have a pretty shape to them, as most Dowan ware does. Do be aware that they have relatively thin walls; these are not the sturdy, bang-them-around bowls. I would not get them for a child-heavy household. They arrived without a single chip, though, and the price is excellent for eight bowls.

Perfect size for everything . . . cereal, ramen, pasta, and dessert! Easy to clean in dishwasher...sturdy and seems impossible to chip!

I LOVE these bowls! My fiancé and I were looking for simplistic white bowls to match some white plates we already had. These bowls are sturdy and simple yet still elegant. Excited to use them in our new home!
