This comes in nice packaging which is pretty. And the liner is fairly easy to apply, and it dries to a matte charcoal black. I will say that it never seems to really fully dry, however. Nevertheless, it's a marked improvement over those liquid magnetic liners. But in the end, it still does not hold onto the lash securely. Neither does liquid liner. I've tried doing two, and even three coats of liner, and letting it dry for 15 minutes, blowing air at it to get it to dry, etc. But no matter what I try, it's just not strong enough to keep the lash on my eye. Initially it looks like it's going to work, but after a few blinks, the lash comes up at the corners, especially the inner corner. I've tried this product with Lash Liner eyelashes and also with Ardell magnetic lashes, and it failed with both. I tried several styles of the Ardell lashes and had no luck with any of them.The idea of repositioning the lashes after application is also questionable. My attempts at that always brought up some of the liner and then I needed to apply more and allow it to set before putting the lashes back on.I would have given this one star based upon my experience, but I gave it 2 stars instead, since it's so much easier to apply than liquid magnetic liner. And if you used this in conjunction with the type of lashes where you sandwich your own lashes in between an upper and lower magnetic lash, then this product could help with the application of those by temporarily holding the lash in place as you apply the lower lashes. But I wanted this product to apply just one magnetic strip on the top of my lashes, and this liner isn't strong enough magnetically for that task. The idea, as interesting as it sounds, just isn't ready for prime time yet. I'm going back to standard, glued lashes.

Very nice packaging, may be given as a gift; delivery was quick. Eyeliner gel in bottle appears smooth and shiny; comes with slanted brush. I prefer though to use my pointed brush as gives me more control in applying the eyeliner, but I guess the slanted brush will work, too. Gel applies smoothly and highly pigmented- so just dip and get a small amount first then do another layer. The magnetic eyelashes attached easily and stays on well.T he gel is waterproof- my water-based makeup remover was not able to wipe it off. Used cotton pad, with baby oil, and gel came off easily.
