This is the greatest recipe book Iโve read in recent years. Great color photos. Super great recipes.

Great variety of healthy, tasty recipes.
I really love this book. Itโs full of great, healthy recipes and presented with beautiful full color pictures. The author, Isabel Minunni, organized the book into 4 weeks of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner making it so easy to follow this 28 day plan with plenty of choices. Canโt get bored! Best of all, the recipes are enticing and full of tasty ingredients. Canโt wait to try them all!!

Torn cover & dirty pages
My copy looked like it was used and dirty. The cover was torn and had dirty pages. Sending this back. Some of the recipes looked ok, but I didn't explore much because of dirty pages. I thought I ordered new!

Grab this book!
This book is so yummy! The recipes are simple, fresh and different. I love the garden vegetable spread, the black rice cakes with scallops and leek sauce is out of this world! Love the sweet potato black bean chili, I could go on and on, I would totally recommend this one.

Beautiful cookbook
This book is beautifully illustrated. The recipes look amazing. I canโt wait to try the chocolate brownie skillet brownie. Looks very healthy! I can tell that a lot of time has been put into this book.

Well put together book! The recipes are delicious, trying to eat and stay healthy is easy with this book. The photos and nutritional information are a extra added plus!

Absolutely amazing! the recipes are so delicious and really make it easy no matter your experience in the kitchen. Even the photos in the book are so beautiful!

bit dull
recipes pretty boring will probably not use the book much, I think if you want to follow a plan it might be ok as it has a month of meals set out but lacks imagination in the meals, there is another book called the balance plan by Angelique Panagos which us similar with a meal plan but much more informative

This is a Paleo and not Pegan book
This is a Paleo without dairy and not a Pegan (Paleo-Vegan) book. Most of the recipes include meat, eggs or fish, so not vegan-friendly at all, so the title is misleading. Two stars for the good quality of print.
