It lost 3 Stars overall on the rating from us because it took Amazon, who showed to be the seller on this one (not 3rd party), two product shipments to get us one that worked. So the item I ordered missed my sons birthday; well the one that worked did.After we returned the first one, which had continued to stop responding intermittently right out of the brand new box, we received a used & open box item for our replacement. This was a let down, especially when we saw the replacement’s condition.The replacement had been previously cut from it’s original packaging and was scratched up, then apparently thrown back into the box and taped up.We did not want to mess with returning anymore because the second one actually did work, despite not receiving a brand new car like we originally paid for.We were not impressed by the speed, like it had advertised and doesn’t look to us like it goes more than 10mph. The remote’s distance isn’t nothing to brag about either. I bought another 9.6v battery for my son with higher amp hours since this battery it came with doesn’t last very long.I will leave by adding a positive note about the car. It does have very good torque for the price and is able to travel in grass that is 3-4 inches high. When you’re driving it in grass the speed diminishes by at least 60% but it is still impressive it keeps on moving through it.Overall, not a good experience and won’t buy again!

Broke in 1 hour
