Glitter Girls by Battat – A Putt with a Cherry on Top! Mini Putt Playset – Toys, Games, and Accessories for 14-inch Dolls – Ages 3 and Up

I gave this to my 7-year-old daughter shortly after she played miniature golf for the first time, and she loves it. I think her newfound enthusiasm for mini-golf is largely why this set is a hit for us. The set is a nice size for tabletop play and pretty much any type of doll can be used (my daughter favors using a 'Made to Move' flexible Barbie because the doll arm can actually make a swinging motion). I'm not impressed with the 'putting green' part of this toy; the ball rolls wildly around the green plastic. There is a slightly raised lip where the green meets the purple edge, but not enough to keep the ball from sometimes rolling over the edge and onto the floor. It would have been much nicer to have a more realistic felted green or something. In addition, there is only one golf ball supplied; when our ball gets lost, it seems we'll be out of luck. A few spare golf balls would have been appreciated. Overall, I give this 4 stars because my daughter is truly having fun with it, but I think the set itself could be better.

This set is Just "okay" if you happen to have the doll. I thought a doll would be included but it was not so be aware that in order to use it you will need to buy at least 1 doll. That said, the second I have is that it's not level on the bottom and no matter what you do it cannot ever sit flat. My Granddaughter and her friend sat there for a minute and finally the friend asked what the heck that thing is and my grandaughter flatly said "I have no idea". and they moved on to the next toy. They thought it was "for babies or something" so they didn't want to play with it and I went ahead and looked it over myself.It's well made but has design flaws so I just can't recommend it but at the same time there is nothing significant wrong with it that would cause me to not recommend it. This is just a flat 3 star item.

We thought this would be a good toy for the 8 year old - she loves Glitter Girl dolls and accessories, but it turns out that mini-golf is not her thing at all. Even her friends showed little interest. That's too bad because this is a cute set. The hole has a pop-up lever to eject the ball, the cherry (looks more like an apple) rotates and lights up, and the stand holds the accessories and ice-cream cones. Although the stand is a bit top-heavy and easily topples. If your kid likes mini-golf or golf in general, this would be a good match.

We have a new outdoor children's golf set, as well as some new glitter girls dolls in our house, and so this set was incredibly well received. The golf club and cute little golf ball added some great play for my kids, and the pinwheels and treats are adorable!The set works perfectly on our two glitter girls dolls, and also fits our 15 inch Bumbleberry Girls doll just fine. What I loved most about the set is how it made our little inexpensive backyard golf set seems suddenly like a very upgraded part of the yard, given that now the dolls were also playing golf in their spare time.I purchased a number of sets of clothing and accessories for our glitter girls dolls, and I've been really happy with the quality. I really recommend the epic sweet shop from this line.

Very cheaply made, also i got the impression from the pictures that there was a doll included in this set, also came in no factory packaging just thrown inside a thin cheap bubble wrapping, so don't expect to give this out as a gift as it doesn't have a packaging.My daughter didn't like it that much she got bored from it after an hour, it's just doesn't make sense and very dull.conclusion, i think if you invested in Glitter Girls world, then maybe your kids will like it, but other than that i don't see a point.

This is disappointing. The whole set doesn't sit flatly on the floor, it's warped. The switch on the bottom of the giant ice cream cone doesn't work, right from the first try. The doll can't hold the putter in any way to make it have contact with the ball on the green. The set only comes with one golf ball, so if you lose that one ball... game over. The little ice cream cones aren't able to stay and be held in the doll's hand. The cherry does light up and spin. I just don't understand making a toy that really can't be played with.

I am a collector of the Glitter Girls dolls and love each one that I have. I am so excited to get the golfing accessories set for my Glitter Girls. This set is for children 3 years and older to set up a golf obstacle course for the Glitter Girls doll or any 14-inch doll. The mini obstacle course comes with 1 giant cupcake obstacle, 2 windmills, 1 putter, 1 ball, 1 treat table with 2 ice cream treats. It takes 3 AAA batteries which are included. A great addition to the Glitter Girls doll.

Pieces were lost in minutes. Didn’t even get a chance to get a photo of it. I’d say 100% this toy is giftable but not to your own children. The kids played with it for a few minutes but I wouldn’t say a toy like this is good for young kids. They can’t play golf even on a toy. They okay more with the cupcake and cherry than any of the other pieces.
