I was really looking forward to start using these bands, however I got quite disappointed as they roll up, So they are quite uncomfortable. I guess they are alright for the arms.I wouldn’t recommend this however I would recommend the fabric resistant bands instead as they don’t roll up.If you find my review helpful please take a second to hit the helpful button.

The bands are good. Good quality, lovely colors. Easy to take everywhere you’re going. All bands fits in small Branded carry bag looks really good. This is my first bands and I like them! Amazing bonus is 12 month of warranty. I’ve registered my purchase on website and got extra 24 months of warranty! Amazing! Definitely can recommend this product because I feel the difference in my workouts.

The lightest one is next to useless. Not really any resistance and it's so thin it just rolls up into basically an elastic band whenever I use it meaning it cuts in and is extremely uncomfortable.All the other bands are perfectly fine though and for this price I cant really complain! Love the handy little storage bag as well!

These bands have complimented my exercise regime really well and are better than my other ones. My others snapped under due pressure and these feel a lot more sturdy. Also, I like the fact that they've included the weights of each resistance band (surprisingly rare in this product range). They are heavier than the norm which is great for me as I'm doing heavy resistance banding so I definitely feel like I'm getting value for money. Delivery came quick too!

I have been curious about mini bands for a while but there was so many to choose from I got a little overwhelmed trying to make a choice. I am so happy with my purchase. The bands are durable (my 5 and 6 year old love to copy me and stretch them to max) I love that you get 5 different bands, depending on the exercise I drop down to medium and back up to x-heavy. I love the colours used, it makes it easy to know which one to grab. I can already feel the difference in my arms after using them 3 times this week.

Only time will tell how durable these are, but at first glance they seem to be pretty good quality. I have only two small gripes. Firstly they could perhaps do with being slightly longer (although I appreciate this might be a grey area). Secondly, and this is the bigger gripe, the very heavy band does not have that much resistance when compared to others. Saying that, they are comfy to use, and do the job (for the most part). I would buy them again at a push, although I might try others to see if I can get more resistance at the heavy/very heavy end

I ordered this to strengthen my hip muscles due to an overuse injury. Arrived quickly and I kind of used it. Then lock down happened and I found how truly useful they are to continue strength training with gyms being closed. They work perfectly and seem durable enough. I don't fear that they will snap. Happy customer!
