MPCRemote Start Kit Compatible with 2015-2020 Toyota Sienna || Plug n Play Harness Included || Press Fob 3X Lock to Start

I have a 17 sienna le, as a master tech with 10 plus years of experience there're few pros and cons I wanna list here, I'm gonna start with the cons.Con:1, first of all, the description doesnt tell you what function works what doesnt for specific vehicles. When I received the kit, the kit comes with coupon for the next purchase with an expiration date but it never worked. contacted the seller and was told the coupon code only works on MPC brand official websites, I tried it doesnt. So please make sure the things included in the kit works.2, the kit doesnt come with installation instructions but a website you have to input some information to get the correct installation instructions for your vehicle. I followed the installation diagram and spliced 2 wires from the BCM just to find out that the power sliding doors dont work after remote started the vehicle.The power sliding doors doesn't work after the vehicle is remote started, even I installed and spliced the wire in the BCM connector as there are 2 wires that's labeled"sliding door". The butt connectors included in the kit wasn't enough, 3 needed but only one was provided in the kit.3, doesn't give the options to program the timer nor tells you what's the stay on time. As I've installed other brands in the past you could program the settings with your own computer.4, after remote started the vehicle, the beeping sound is not there anymore when I unlock it, however the lights still flashes.5, when I press the lock button to start it, it's very time sensitive it has to be 1 sec. In between each press. I understand you can't press too slow but you can't go too fast either. you see the light and hear the beeping but doesn't mean it'll start it. It has to be 1 second in between each press.Pro:1, It uses factory remote which is a big plus for me since I dont like to carry multiple things for the same purpose and most of the time after market remote looks fancy but doesn't last.2, Ease of installation with the OEM style T connectors seem quality, and also means easy un-installation when needed. (Wish I never spliced the BCM wire)3, Contacted customer service, the answer was pretty detailed and response was next day, I'd say not bad at all.I give reviews base on the performance of the product for my vehicle.

Directions say to hit the lock but 3x rapidly but we have to hit it 4x slowly if you go to fast it doesn't work also. You can't touch the break pedal or it shuts off before you turn the key on. I personally think that's stupid our hole lives we are tought to always Have your foot on the brake before you start the car.

This unit worked for my 2017 Toyota Sienna LE Model.For a DYI person, the manual provides is not sufficient.First of all, we are dealing with van's wiring. If something goes wrong, that can destroy the vehicle electronics. Please include more details and more close up pictures of each connector and wires.Pros: Programming the device was easy.Cons: But properly wiring. Device placement or location to store the device properly not discussed in the manual.

The remote that was sent would not work in my car even though it was suppose to. I would not recommend this product.

Would have been nice to have a how to video to install. My husband was able to use other brand videos to help with the installation. (Reason why I am only giving 4stars). He said it was pretty simple once he found those videos. Works pretty good so far. Had for about 2 weeks. Have to say it is awesome to have when needing to heat up a vehicle.

Easy installation good price satisfaction in one word no issues at all followed instructions walk right threw it

I have installed products from this company before, the product is always great, but the instructions are always lacking. That said, I installed this on a 2016 Toyota Sienna H-key. (You will need to know if you have a push-start, h-key, or g-key)I think I spent roughly two hours deciding which brand to buy, another two hours reading instructions online and watching videos, only an hour and 20 minutes to actually install the product. Here is what you need to work on van like mine:- The instructions from MPC (More or less "guidelines" in the voice of Jack Sparrow.)- Go to the Fortin[.]ca site, they will have actual wiring diagrams you need and the proper programming guide as well.- Youtube search "2011+ Toyota Sienna 100% Plug & Play Remote Start - FULL INSTALL" (Another company that does excellent videos you can watch ahead of time.)A few things to note:- The directions will say you need to connect to a relay near the floor. My model did not need this.- The directions will give vague directions on the module programming. Go to the Fortin site for clearer directions.- The shutoff switch and hood switch are not required; however, I will be installing the shutoff at some point soon, just ran out of time today.- When they say your van doors won't work anymore (google reviews,) they mean they won't work when you've remote started and are trying to use the fob, they work fine any other time and they always work when pulling on them and from the inside.I hope this helps someone, it would have saved me some time.
