This is a POWERFUL BLENDER. I bought it at the beginning of the year and it’s now September and have no problems. This blends and mixes anything you put into it. It is super easy to clean and no stains what so ever. I am so happy with this purchase and how sturdy it is. The material and quality is beyond my expectations. I would say this is a dupe for the super expensive blender at Costco but half the price. You will not be disappointed with this blender trust me.

Sadly, i will be returning it. The area where the pitcher attaches to the base isn't built to last. It always sounds like it's trying to sync up and I'm afraid that if i use it to many times, the grooves will wear down so much that it'll eventually be useless. I'm always having to push down really hard on the pitcher to avoid the terrible sound it makes.

This blender is very powerful and blends ice, fruit and vegetables beautifully. My old Cuisinart blender finally broke after 12 years. The Cuisinart blender was thick glass and very heavy. It is refreshing to have a light weight BPA-free blender pitcher. It is also easier to clean than the Cuisinart.

Bearing assembly for blade failed. Don't know how to get a replacement.

I purchase a blender to make margaritas and it cut off after blending for a few minutes. Does not crush the ice completely before cutting off
