RADACutlery Super Parer Knife, Silver Handle, Pack of 2

…says a 70 years young lady. I help clean her house and she asked me to buy these knives for her. She loves to cook and uses these knives for peeling vegetables. Fits my hand . Easy to put new edge on it when it dulls! But keeps original edge for a long time. I use them almost daily.

I had several knives of the same length that were about 40 years old. But I ruined them using the dishwasher. I am happy to see that the new one is beautifully sharp good enough to slice tomatoes with ease. Even though the shape is different, I am very happy with the new Knives.

Brought some of these at a great price, they are pretty nice.With these, I haven't been using any of my older ones since Ireceived these. You do need to be very careful with these becausethey are very sharp! I have had to use a few Band-aids since usingthese!! I can't even remember having to use any Band-aids with theold ones!! And yes, I do like them even more because they areAmerican Made. Mostly all the older ones I have are not and theyare very dull, even when I went to sharped them. So I will putthem in the trash! "Out" with the old and "In" with the New.........I do know what brand to buy next time "Rada"!!! If you buy thesemake sure you have some Band-aids handy!!!

Everyday usage. Have a bunch of other RADA knives already.

Love these for slicing raw veggies. Super, super sharp. handle gets hard to hold with wet hands. Great value. Hand Wash Only.

My Mom gave these knives to me 40yrs ago and now I gave them to my girls.They last forever and need minimal sharpening; best knives ever.The tomato slicer is Amazing~
