Great face cleanser!
This works great as a facial cleanser. I recently injured my back and couldn’t bend over the sink for two weeks and this was my go to face cleanser. I just wet a washable cotton pad and washed my face with it. Cleans and refreshes. Nice light scent. Really pleased with the product. Doesn’t burn my eyes when used to wash my eyelids either.

This has a Variety of Natural Ingredients
Although this product has a variety of natural ingredients, it doesn't have a scent, so it's just like washing with plain water. With the exception that it's in a handy little bottle (It's 3.4 oz so it can travel on the airplane), I personally don't think it is a good cost value for what it's used for. It says for baby and removing makeup. It DOES remove eye makeup without irritation, so I guess it does as promised. It "washed" my face without water.

Face feels nice and refreshed
I absolutely love this product. I use it as a back up face wash. It doesn’t leave your face feeling dry and it’s refreshing.

Is It Worth It?? Maybe, Maybe Not
Like many people, I'm delighted when I find beauty in unexpected places, or ordinary places. That means that packaging is important to me. Yes, I'm willing to pay a little bit more if something looks nice and makes me smile when I reach for it. I just love the little graphic on this 100 ml bottle. It makes me smile to see that hippo surrounded by flowers, with the silly eyes. But naturally, packaging is only a small part of why a product is purchased. This opens with a flip top that appears to be pretty sturdy, unlike some flip tops that break after you use your thumb to lift them up a few times. We've all had that happen with shampoo. I was hoping for the classic rose geranium fragrance. Yes, I was disappointed. But then I looked at the ingredients, primarily aloe leaf juice and aloe leaf water. And then I reminded myself that often, even natural essence and fragrance, can trigger allergic reactions. So I have no problem with the faint natural scent of aloe.Do you use wipes, either baby wipes or facial wipes? There isn't a wipe manufactured that is truly flushable. As any sanitation person will remind you. Most are rayon or rayon blends. They aren't exactly environmentally friendly, but no one can blame busy moms. In my case, I often don't have access to fresh water, and rely on wipes here in my log cabin. This is a very nice alternative, and easier on the environment. The top is perfect for squeezing out the liquid onto either a reusable towel or even a paper towel, paper that will degrade quicker than rayon. And here's another reason why carrying this bottle along with some dry paper towels, such as the ones that feel like cloth, which work great for this purpose, is better than carrying wipes. Any chronic wipe user such as myself has had the experience of opening the pack, and about midway through they are dry as a bone, either because the pack didn't close all the way or you've had them in a hot car.The cap is secure enough to where I would have no problem talking it in my purse, no fear of leakage. My only problem with this product is that it might be cost prohibitive for many people. At the time of this writing, the bottle is over $10. I would think it would be a great value if it were $10 or $12.One must remember that you're paying for some wonderful ingredients that are organic and certified as such. There is no doubt that this product reflects the care and cost that goes into the making of it.Also it's very important to note that the bottle is made of sugar cane and is totally recyclable. So would I make this a repeat purchase? If I had a child in diapers, definitely. For myself, I probably will. For all of the reasons mentioned above.I believe that the world is a better place the more people smile. Even if they're all by themselves. when I reach for this bottle and I see that silly hippo, I smile.Perhaps that's true for you and perhaps it isn't. But my wish for you is that you fill your life with things that make you smile, whatever they may be.Thanks for reading my review, hopefully it's helped you to make a decision on whether or not to make the investment in this cleansing water.

Not all that effective.
I'm always on the lookout for cleansers that are for gentle skin because my skin tends to get pretty irritated at the wrong types of ingredients. I liked this fine, and it had a gentle scent to it, but in terms of removing makeup, I'm not sure it's any better than me using warm water on my face. I didn't notice a tremendous difference or effectiveness from using it.

More soap ingredients than necessary, not that useful or effective
I wouldn't leave this on my skin as a toner or cleansing water without washing my face after because this has too many soap-based ingredients that aren't beneficial left on the skin. As a pre-wash liquid to loosen light makeup or dirt perhaps this is ok but otherwise it doesn't really serve a purpose. While this has some good ingredients, it's not as clean and simple as the company advertising implies and has far more not-so-natural ingredients than other cleansing water products I've bought for a similar price. Also, the bottle is very small and you will go through it quite fast if you use it daily or even every other day.The main reason for me rating this only two stars is this really just doesn't have a place in any hygiene routine. It's not enough to kill germs or really clean effectively if you're using it for kids or applications beside a face routine and there are many cheaper, more natural makeup remover options than this provides. You could just as soon use plain water for about the same result. Cute label but that's it.

Not much scent, but lovely, organic ingredients.
This is a rose geranium cleansing water that I thought would have a lovely floral scent. Even one of the reviewers said it smells wonderful. Not sure why they said that, because this is basically unscented, although it has just a slight “medicinals” scent to me, but that is not overpowering at all. I was hoping for a natural rose scent, so it was a little bit of a disappointment. But, if you are looking for a nice, natural, gentle, generally unscented cleanser for your face or baby, this is wonderful stuff!!!It is made in the European Union (Europe) and bottled/distributed by a USA company in Santa Monica, California. It also says on the bottle that the company is affiliated with NuCLab in Athens Greece. Definitely a global effort to make and distribute this product! They do have a website vivaiodays dot com. This cleansers comes in a very small bottle (3.4 fl oz), so it is good for travel. You can use it with a washcloth or cotton balls and a little bit goes a long way. I love their eco-friendly packaging. It is minimal packaging and the bottle is made from 100% recyclable sugarcane! The bottle I received expires after 1.5 years, so it has a good shelf life. There are preservatives in the product, but nothing horrible (no parabens). The ingredients are very good, mostly Aloe-based. There is no alcohol so it is very gentle on the skin. It is a gentle cleanser and I like using it on my face
