Love this stuff...been on keto for about 6 months an heard about this creamer, once I tried it, I've been hooked! It taste great, a bit expensive for my taste ..but worth it... Use small amounts at first, the mct oil is pretty strong an will have u running!!

These taste so good and they are amazing substitutes for creamer. I have visibly lost weight swapping out my milk in my coffee for this. Can’t wait to buy again!

It's got a strong flavor, so for me it was either too much or too little. That being said, if you're actually sticking to true KETO rules, it'll help while allowing you to enjoy your coffee. Pricey, but I end up using less than the listed amount. Co-workers added it to things besides coffee as a sweetener.

Bought because I’m doing Leto and the reviews all say it tastes super good, so I bought and I hated it! I’m sorry but it Tastes horrible!

I tried the vanilla one and it didn’t haven’t much flavor at all. I couldn’t taste the vanilla nor the stevia so it wasn’t sweet either. I used two tablespoons.

Too sweet, overpowers the flavoring

I got these not to avoid dairy or fat, but to avoid sugar. In that they are as advertised, but they do not stay mixed and are oily. Taste is just ok, and it takes a lot compared to regular creamer. Price is way way too high as a single bottle only makes 4 travel mugs full of coffee.

Love this creamer. It has a great taste and blends well.
