I have arthritis in my knee and play tennis. Wearing this gives medium support (vs the metal side/heavy duty types) and helps to keep the resulting pain away when I play. I would recommend this. At first I sized up and purchased the XL based on previous reviews that said this runs small. However, the fit was not snug enough for my taste, so I purchased the L. I would say this runs true to size and purchase the size based on the circumference of your knee, measured a couple of inches above the knee (i.e. lower thigh, near the knee).

I got these because I've been doing Insanity for a month and my knees were starting to bother me because of all the jumping. These are just what I needed. They're lightweight and very flexible, they don't slip down, and they support my knee very well. They even offer a little padding when you're on the ground doing pushups if you're like me and can't do real pushups yet. I will definitely buy more if these ever wear out. Amazing product.

gave this to my mother. First, this is an attractive brace, Second it is well made, Third, it does what it says, Forth, my mother is walking around, instead of on the chair and ottoman. Kudos for this product. The only revision is that they should make an x-large, this will not fit a woman 185 pounds.

Like many other reviewers, I had an unexpected allergic reaction to something in the silicone-like band that holds the knee-brace in place at the top. Seemed fine the day I wore it, but the day after wearing the skin began itching and blistering in a red ring around my leg. Continued to get worse for a week even though I only wore it one day. Weeks later the red ring is still visible. Something is wrong with the materials of this product, because I'm not allergic to anything that is supposed to be in it. Turns out that Mueller is another American company who "cheaped out" and now manufacturers their product in China!

I have a lot of knee braces and this is one of my favorites. It is comfortable and doesn't slip or roll as much as many others. It is a light support brace and sometimes I need heavier support but works great for everyday use

Bought 1 for my mum to try and she find it really good. Planning to buy another one so that she can have a pair. Also another pair for my aunt. She says it is very different from the earlier ones she had. This one really provides support for her knees. She is complaining less now about knee pain. And the brace is breathable and comfortable to wear. It took a while to reach singapore though. Not amazon's fault, but the mail forwarder from US to Singapore (which is vpost/singpost). I will be using other forwarding options in the future. If only amazon ships direct for this product, which they do for books and toys.

If you're like me its hard to find anything made just for women. Our bodies are different but I always seem to be stuck with choices mainly for men in my small home town. This brace is perfect and its not BLACK!! having the sturdy side bars that are flexible is exactly what I needed and no VELCRO to fumble with! I love it!!
