Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Sleep Hibiscus Ylang Ylang Lotion and Foam Bath Gel Wash Full Size

I don’t like to take medication by mouth to help me sleep so I thought I would give this a try. It does help;however takes a while to put you to sleep. Sometimes by mouth sleep aids are habit forming so this is a good alternative 😍

I love this scent. It definitely helps relax you. The scent is fresh yet calming at the same time. As long as I can get this I will continue to use it. Other Bath and Body works scents all have the same calming effect but all unique in their own way!!!
