I received a sous vide immersion circulator as an anniversary gift and then bought this set mainly to get the vacuum pump. At first I was trying to draw the plunger too quickly/forcefully and thought the bags and pump didn't work but after reading the trouble shooting guide I realized using moderate or less pressure was needed to make the valve work. Getting the right location and pressure to get the valve to open can take a few tries but that seems to be the case with the bags that came with the circulator and these bags seem to seal better. The sealing clips work well as well as the Sous-Vide Clips. I've only used everything for cooking and haven't tested storage but as long as you follow best practices and instructions I'm sure it'll work as expected. These are quality products and work well for sous vide cooking.

I loved these at first. I make my own baby food, freeze them in portions then placed then into these bags. I like being able to take 1 out at a time and resealing after to be placed back in the freezer. I opened my deep freezer a few days after and found that over half of the bags didn't remain sealed and had air in them. They seem to be good quality at first, but no matter how many times I try to reseal them, they don't hold.

Great as long as you ignore the long disclaimer from the manufacturer about not using for sous vide cooking. A good variety of sizes. I do frozen beef or chicken. The pump works great as long as there is no liquid in the bag. I clip the suction hole, above the water, at a diagonal to the rim of sous vide container. Works great, no leaks.

We are using these to cook items with our sousvide machine. Very sturdy. I use my bottle brush to clean the inside and then hang them on another cool gadget I found on here for drying reusable bags. You need to lay them on a flat surface to close them easily. Great purchase.

Works as described. Only the smallest size will be much use for sous vide cooking. The larger sizes will get used for storage but the small bags will quickly get used more than the ten times the listing leads me to expect. Whenever they stop holding a vacuum I hope I can only get the small size.

I had tried many different ways to sous vide before, some way more expensive than others. At first , I was very suspicious but I thought it is cheap enough to give it a try. This product really works!!!! I am enthusiastic. We will saw how well the bags work out after the first wash.

I needed more bags for my sous vide. This was the most affordable one so ordered them.

Works and cleans so far. Don’t like to have to double bag some things. I am single.
