Solved my docking woes.
Got a new laptop (Windows OS) so I ordered a USB C docking station which would not sync video correctly. In troubleshooting I found that my PC would support a Thunderbolt connection. I installed this device and it worked exactly as it should!! No config issues, No video issues, Driving 2 monitors, Video Camera, mouse, KB and ethernet all via this docking station. No lag, No issues and it even charges the laptop so I can leave the power supply in my laptop case. Total connectivity with just one cable to attach and the unit doesn't even get warm! Awesome product!! Just be sure to order your Displayport to whatever connectors that your monitor(s) support. In my instance that was DP to HDMI.

HP Spectre x360 15.5" not supported
Bought this to replace my HyperDrive from BestBuy. Seemed to work just fine, nicely sized etc. Like the two display ports etc. The 4K Samsung screen worked fine and internet seemed faster with Thunderbolt connection. But noticed my battery on HP Spectre 360 15.5" was going down even though it was charging. Called Kensington, very helpful folks. The power cord for HP is 85 W and this Kensington SD 2400T only put out 82 W. Only solution was to have powercord plugged in at well, that seems to defeat the purpose of quick and easy. Hmmm... seems like this shouldn't have made such a big difference but apparently it did. Will send back to Amazon and hopefully get refund. Will try HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2 (2UK37AA#ABA) Docking Station Port Replicator instead.

it's great!
i got both the caldigit ts3 plus and this, both are functioning well! this doesn't have as many ports but startup is much faster than caldigit ts3 plus. overall very satisfied!

ATTN: No Dual Monitor for M1 Macbooks
This hub is not able to support a dual monitor setup for M1 Macs, unless you buy another expensive USB A to Display port adapter. Kensington says it's a limit of the M1 Silicon, but idk and am too annoyed to look further into it. I originally purchased this for an eventual dual monitor set up but I wasn't able to go that route until recently, then I find this out. Not very happy about this.

works as advertised
The product works as advertised! Phenomenal and no blackout screen on my 4k monitors. The device stays fairly cool under load. However, the glass on top is peeling off even though I bought this as brand new. Kind of disappointing.

Expensive but reliable
Does everything with my macbook pro and LED Cinema display (with display port- miniDP adapter) it should - works in clamshell mode - very happy

Facile d'emploi, charge insuffisante pour Razer Blade.
Facile s'emploie, aucun divers a installé. On branche et tout fonctionne du premier coup. Parcontre Je l'utilise pour mon laptop Razer Blade et la charge n'est pas suffisante pour jouer.
