Great but needs a little wrench
The media could not be loaded. Perfect to put up my aerial apparatus since I have limited space for a full carabiner & swivel set; this saves so much room! Once I opened it I saw the instructions said to use a torque wrench, but it wasn’t clear from the description that a tool would be needed to unlock/lock it. Luckily I had one of those leftover tiny wrenches, but one should be included in the box.

Great open gate swivel for gym equipment
Great swivel, as it should be for the price. I used it to shorten up the linkages in some gym equipment, as well as relieving tension from the cable while in use (preventing weights from spinning). I think the gates themselves are just shy of .5" when open.

Genius product. I contemplated other swivels for arborist work, but you need a biner or a quick-link on each end with other swivels. This puts your attachment point way too high. Being able to take apart this swivel makes things super compact. I put a small rigging plate on another end, and the other end right directly onto my harness. Tree work is super fun now that things don't tangle up and I can spin around whenever I want.

It’s great!
Works mighty fine! I’ve been using it while I climb n I gotta say I don’t have to untangle with every movement I make. It’s also solid! I haven’t given it one second thought if it was gonna hold me or not.

Saves space
I love that I can latch this swivel directly on to whatever I want. It save a lot of space which I love. It's obviously not going to be as quick of a removal as a carabiner but it saved some space

Great for aerial set ups!
I bought this for my aerial hoop and it’s perfect for my space limitations! It eliminates the need for two carabiners and I still get my spin!

Not great for aerial. Would not recommend.
I bought this for aerial to save space. It doesn't turn as easily as my last swivel. Also, it's not a symmetrical shape, the a-frame doesn't sit nicely in the top ring, and the dance hammock doesn't sit nicely in the bottom ring. It has a lean to it.I plan to sell mine used on eBay for about half price and recover ... some of the money.
