Urban CoCo Women's Long Sleeve Velvet Cardigan Coat with Asymmetric Chiffon Hem

First of all, I bought this to go to a Stevie Nicks concert and it is perfect. The color, dark teal blue, is exactly as pictured. The fit is good and it's very light weight, which is what I wanted. You can wear this so many ways, casual or a bit more fancy. I love it.

I am usually wary to buy clothes off Amazon because of all the knockoffs and misleading photos, but I took a chance with this one because I needed a blue velvet coat for my Halloween costume and didn’t have time to make one from scratch. I figured this was inexpensive enough it wouldn’t be a huge loss if it was disappointing, and if it looked anything like the photos, I could actually wear it outside my costume too. Glad I took that chance because it is actually really well made. Comfortable, cute, oh so soft, and not at all cheap looking in person. Always a nice surprise when the product matches the photos!

I wish this had a little bit of a flouncy collar like the bottom. It would’ve finished the garment. However, I wore it with a sequin top and some black pants to a rehearsal dinner and it was still pretty cute. Just needed that finishing flout around the collar and it would’ve been a home run. Good value though. I bought three colors and ended up keeping Black as it looked the most rich.

I HATE shopping for clothes, but this jacket is amazing. I bought it to wear to an event and it is very comfortable and slightly unusual. It's soft and cozy. I am almost 50, so I like to wear things that hide all the bits that I don't want people to see. This draped nicely. I wore the green with red jewlery and a white tank top. I highly recommend this jacket for your event. I loved it!

This is a beautiful jacket, nice sheen, and it fits well. Arms are comfortable, long flowy length, and the open style is nice for layering with other tops. The asymmetric chiffon hem adds flair. Can dress this up or wear with jeans.

Pros: This item was soft and moderately warm. The color was vibrant.Cons: The sewing was uneven and looked sloppy in parts in the front. Also, I noticed that the velvet was sewn on in a direction so that the shiny side shows- in other words, if you run your hands down, it feels smooth whereas if you run your hands upward, you feel resistance. In my opinion, this gave it a cheaper look. I saw a very similar product from a different company where the velvet was sewn at 180 degrees so that you see the richer, matte velvet look.Also, it ran large. I returned it.

This is a gorgeous color. I have several others so very happy to see they finally are adding more colors. Am waiting for my purple one to show up. My coworkers keep telling me its punk style but all I know (I am a punker) is they are perfect to wear when you want to Style. They go with everything and yes, I use for formal affairs. They look great with everything ...

It is a nice jacket anyway - very fancy, although it is a bit too large for me. But I added black velvet buttons, hand-sewn on, so that it fastens at the chest, and I added a cincher clip at the waist in the back so that it gathers together at the waist in the back. This kind of duster was MADE for this sort of thing - with the waist cincher clip, the ruffled bottom of the duster ruffle and ripple even more and it looks decidedly Victorian. I got mine in green velvet, and the green is a rich and luxurious color that makes me think of Peter Pan or Forest Green. It is almost too elegant for daily wear. Fancy dress. And lovely.

I purchased to wear to a formal Xmas function - was absolutely delighted with the quality and detail!I’m wearing over a satin pant outfit - looks stunning! I’m a standard US 10, ordered L and love fit, other than shortening the sleeves a tad!Great product for such a reasonable price point. Would highly recommend!!

This is beautiful! I ordered the size based on my bust size; it fits perfectly and I get compliments every time I wear it! Looks great dressed up or dressed down with jeans. Love it!

Very long and well made. Lovely rich fabric. Sleeves were a bit short o me, so I roll them up.

I love these. I have purchased them in 4 colors. The red one is especially beautiful. So is the emerald green. I wear them with skinny jeans and a tshirt. Be careful though, they bleed dye at first so wash before wearing a white shirt underneath.

I really liked this cardigan. Lovely velvet, good fit, fast service. An A+ from me.
