Hunter DouglasDuette Shade 3/4" Cord Lock ( Right Side Control)

Product is fine and will keep as it can be useful for another shade in case it breaks. 3/4" refers to the blind it is intended for evidently, not the parts actual dimension. Would recommend an update to the item description. Need the 3/8" evidently, will be ordering that soon.

I liked the product but it was the wrong size and very easy to return.

Fixed our shade lock! Our shade was not staying in place, slipping on one side every time we tried to raise it up. This little piece was easy to install and fixed the slipping right away.

I replaced four cords and the lock in a large shade and the lock works smoothly.

I have two new 61" Hunter Douglas Applause shades using this same lock. The shades get hung up and don't come all the way down. The store owner came and installed weights (which I've been told may invalidate the warranty). Now the blinds take twice as much force to raise as the old ones they replaced (which were 25 years old Carousels ) and barely come down all the way to the sill. Something is wrong and it has to be either these locks or the thingees at the head rail that the strings go through on their way to the bottom rail. One star. I'll update the review when I receive the Hunter Douglas headrail kit in the mail, and start disassembling this piece of junk to find out where all the friction is.
