Do not pull the Henry by the hose. It is only glue holding it on and does not regulate easily. Lasted 2 years though.

Hose is very narrow and comes off the hoover stick. It becomes dangerous as it come off and can hurt you or kids. Suction is very poor compared to original. Only bought because was Amazon’s recommendation but very poor. I bought 2 but will arrange for a refund

I didnt think I would be so happy to Hoover again. Brilliant fast delivery fitted straight on to my Henry an was able to use immediately great price happy customer

Seems a good replacement for the original hose, the only issue I’m having is there seems to be a slight vacuum leak where the hose joins to the plastic piece that you put the attachments on, although its only a very small leak and doesn’t seem to affect the suction.

At first I thought it was brilliant but after a few uses it constantly slips off when hoovering and it’s so frustrating. They won’t accept it for return, I wish I’d just bought a genuine one because I’m not keeping it.

The suction was very low due to poor fitThe plastic looked different from the original one and the tubing a little smaller but this is not an issue.The issue was the poor fitting at the nose ( where you screw the tubing in)

There is no suction without the hoover itself this is a plastic item? I’ve had the same machine for 20 years just replaced each part individually 🤣

Was OK on first use, but now stuck to my henry hoover, the parts once they go on the hoover, they lock on and become unremovableTried oil, soap & water etc they are unremovable, i should have bought the official Henry replacements.
