Mini Topsy Turvy 4 Tier Cake Pans By EUROTINS 5" 7" 9" 11" (Square)

The Euro Tins style of cake pan is typical of many pans you may find in Europe. I have sets of them I inherited, use them all the time, they work well. They are metric, so take that into account. The Euro Tin Topsy Turvy design is very clever, stable and allows you to adjust to get the level just right. Sure beats sculpting a TT Cake! I don't think the other reviewers that gave negative reviews were informed users, experienced bakers. No instructions are necessary - if you are a baker of topsy turvy cakes, or even just starting, you would certainly know how to use the pans, no trick to it. And as for being non-stick - standard baking practice is to grease and flour your pans, then add parchment paper on top and sides for perfect non-stick results. The pans do leak if you put water in them, but they are made for cake batter, not water. The cake batter doesn't leak out. And as for the cake taking a long time to bake -- check your charts on how long to bake a 3" cake of large dimensions. You must use the appropriate measure of leavening for large cakes, you cannot always just double the recipe of a small cake. See the Cake Bible or others for charts. Let's be fair - that problem is with the baker, not the cake pan.

The pans are good but have a few flaws. I used it with a thin cake batter and had a bit leak out. So keep in mind thicker batters are better. My stands didn't fit well into the pans and had to be forced in and not both prongs. I had to balance with one prong fitted in. But my cakes came out good despite this

This produced the best cake. It was a very different shape and unique. I just wish there were cooking instructions with the pans. Being so thick you have to double the cooking time.

Every one of the pans leaked at the corners. So if the batter is thin you will end up with a mess. The supports don’t fit well and three of them slipped in the oven so there wasn’t a tilt. Basically this are a waste of time and money. Very frustrating

No instructions in box. Pans look like they are made with gutter material. Did not cook cake after it was left in oven for two hours. Poor quality.

Like anything you get, if you take care of it and hand wash your pans then they will last and not get damaged. My husband washed one of my pans in the dishwasher and I needed to go back and hand wash it. They are great pans for the price. It took me 12 boxes of cake mix to fill to a good size in all pans!

Baking pans are pretty unique. They Ares fairly scratched up and discolored in Areas. Will try them soon

Came early. Bake well. Used two tins as a test run. Cake came out well and was delicious. Sorry no picks eaten to fast.

Great product. Make sure you grease the tins well and I found greaseproof paper at the bottom did the trick. Excellent value for money
