Works on a 2019 F150 XLT - EASY
Fobs came quickly and in great shape. Far less expensive than the dealer.I paid $70 to get both laser cut at the locksmith which was a bit of a surprise.Everything I had read on the Internet said the self-programming option had been removed in the 2018 F150s. The dealer wanted $150 to program two fobs and the local locksmith wanted $135. Even Ford updated the Owner's manual in 2018 indicating first how to program a new fob and later to go to your dealer for fob programming. My 2019 manual even says I should go to the dealer.I even looked into ForScan and an ELM327 adapter but there was no option for my 2019 F150.Based on jseaco nc's review, I tried the programming steps and it worked! Took less than a minute. For two fobs I just repeated the procedure for each one. As long as you have TWO original fobs, it works great. I timed the 3 seconds to coincide with the startup chimes. Worked perfectly with no do-overs. The info display even shows the factory key code. The dealer said ONLY Ford original fobs would work. Clearly Ford and the dealers are colluding at some level to force people to go into dealerships and pay exorbitant prices for something you can do at home in a few minutes.

Wow
This is the way to go! It would have cost me $200 to get AAA Lock to supply, cut and program ONE fob! Got 2 fobs for $30+ and a mobile locksmith to cut and program both fobs for $100! $130 versus $400! Can't beat that with a stick!

They work but....batteries were low
I ordered 4 for my f150 truck. They programmed and worked well but all four batteries were low batteries within 2 days. Batteries were easy enough to replace but you might want to have some on hand.

They work for my 2019 F150 XL
I bought the truck with 1 key. That was a mishap waiting to happen. Called a locksmith. He wanted 275 for a new key with cutting and programming. The Ford stealership wanted 279 per key, then 105 each to cut and program.I ordered these from Amazon for like 20 bucks for both keys, including batteries. Then I called a different locksmith, and he charged 80 bucks plus tax to come to my office to cut and program both keys. They will always tell you that they don't guarantee the keys work because they don't know the quality of things bought online from other than the manufacturer. But they work. Doing it this way saved me over 665 dollars, not including tax.

Excellent Replacement
This key FOB is very well built and the price was very reasonable. I bought it to replace the factory fob which had a broken key. I took it apart and swapped the PCB from my broken key fob into it and everything fit like a glove. That way I didn't need to reprogram the new one.

The batteries were almost dead, but they work great now.
They work good now. I had them cut and programmed . But one wouldn't work and the other one was weak. I replaced the batteries and they work great. The part that flips out didn't want to work right but overtime that has gotten better.

Works, but programming procedure may be wrong
These keys work perfectly and it only cost me about $90 to get two keys purchased and cut. The dealership wanted around $400-$450 for one key. I programmed them myself and saved an additional $120 this way. It did take quite a bit of research to get these programmed to my '19 F-350 Super Duty because the procedure in the owner's manual is wrong. If the procedure in the owner's manual will not workfor you, try this. You will need both factory keys and your blank must be cut before starting this procedure:Insert first factory key and turn it to run (not start) 8 times quickly.Insert second factory key and turn it to run (not start) 2 times quickly.Insert unprogrammed key and turn it to run (not start) and wait. Your hazard flashers will flash once, the door chime will sound and the door locks will cycle. If successful, the instrument cluster will display "KEY PROGRAMMED".I hope this helps.

Great item
I ordered these for my 2017 F250 took them to my local locksmith where they were both cut. Then had them program one of the keys. I then programmed my second key myself using YT videos very easy.

Works BUT
The spring loaded mechanism that pulls the key out does not work. But the key’s buttons all work and it is not impossible to figure out how to install the components together
