I have a glass door in my shower but prefer to still use shower curtains for decorating. This held up my curtains perfectly.

Update: Once I got the rest of my babies clothes hung up, the entire rod fell down, mu bassinet caught the rod. I'm going to try to buy something to support the rod, then try again.This is a really nice rod, I needed a rod to go in my closet that's 83'. Once I installed this rod-by myself, I started hanging my babies clothes on it. I noticed quickly it will bow in the middle if I don't watch it. I've distributed the weight evenly but it still bows so I have more weight on the ends. That is my only complaint but with an extended rod I guess a little bow in the middle would be natural. I'm still glad I bought this rod and I just might buy another 2!!!

This was easy to install and lasted a bit over two years before the tension started to “give”. It stays up now but seems the tension doesn’t exist as it falls whenever I pull my shower curtain back.

Super easy to put up. Sturdy and lightweight. Used it to install two layers of curtains into a bus converted for living space that I’m currently living in as a home. Does not sag or bend with two curtains on it: I used one heavy blackout curtain and the second curtain was medium weight fabric. It’s being used to separate the back half of the bus where I live from the front which is where I store my extra stuff from when I used to live in an apartment. Makes a perfect room divider for when solid walls are impractical. Another plus is this rod does not fall down like so many others I’ve tried out that would come crashing down often when I least expected, such as at night when I’m asleep. The cat will be hanging off the curtains (not that I want it to, but because it’s a cat it does what it wants) and it still hasn’t fallen down.

This thing fell after less than 2 months use and now it will not stay up! After talking with the seller it was determined that the product had a manufacturing defect and the seller refunded me and was nice to work with.

Does the job but the way you have to install it by sliding it up the wall after making it taught, peeled off the paint on my bathroom wall. But the shower curtain hides it and it does look really nice. Who knows, maybe it was user error lol

This is not polished chrome. The decorative beading on the ends is not as well defined as it shows in the pictures.

This Amazer shower curtain rod is sturdy and well made. I needed to install it on top of the tile against the drywall. Placing it between the wall tile at either end of the shower did not work because the ends of the shower curtain rod could not get traction on the slippery tile.
