In a deep bowl & boil untill a thick layer of foam forms on it.2) Add "Cookwell Ice cream Mix" powder (full Packet) to the milk, Stirring continuously & boil for 2 to 3 Minutes.3) Remove the mixer from heat & keep it to cool for 10 & 15 Minutes.4) Pour the ice cream in a tray or bowl & keep it in the deep freezing comportment of the refrigerator, cover the tray or bowl with lid.5) After two hours remove the tray or bowl & beat the ice cream mix with a spoon or beater or in a mixer till smooth. put the ice cream mix in deep frezeeing comportment till it become firm.
