Nice leadcore with a durable jacket and bright colors that last!
Im writing this review for the 15lb Sufix leadcore Ive neen using this for 3 seasons now. I used to use cortland exclusively for years until I found this line. I decided to try it for a few reasons. First thing being that the outer jacket colors of the cortland seemed to fade very fast and the colors would sort of bleed together making it hard to keep track of how many colors I let out . The second reason being that the jacket weave was not that great, what I mean by that is the lead would poke out through the jacket very easy and made tying knots cumbersome not to mention the line would slide through the guides that easy. I caught fish but I just wanted to try a different line. With suffix this is what I found. The colors are brighter, they last longer and there is less bleeding of colors. The jacket weave is def a better quality and the lead does not stick out as it did with the line I described above. Overall Im happy with this line it works well for me and it ties well too. In case anyone is wondering, I troll for salmon, bows, and lakers here in NH.
