It arrived as on particular date as promised. Great product, the build quality seems good and does everything that it advertises. I have only cooked a few thinks sues vide but I am very happy with the results.After a few days of my purchase I received an email from the sellers which I thought was great customer service.I am very happy with it all. I was interested in trying sous vide and after checking prices and features I chose this as it can be controlled by an app.I managed to download the app but haven’t been able to get it to connect, I think this may be because I have 5ghz Wi-Fi and it uses 2.4ghz, however to be fair it’s easy to set up manually.I have used for salmon and steaks so far and the can honestly say that as long as you don’t mind waiting 2 hours you will be rewarded with the tenderest and juiciest steak you’ve ever tried.I’m sure I’ll figure out how to use the app and will be using this as often as possible.

Completely useless, first time using it and it keeps turning off on its own! Connects to wifi on 10th attempt. What a joke!!!! App is completely useless. Don't waist your time get a better one....UPDATE: After 8 Months stopped working all together!

The media could not be loaded.  Stopped circulating water on the fifth time I used it, so is now useless. This was further compounding by the appalling customer service from the retailer, who so far have refused offer any kind of solution despite this item having an alleged 2 year warranty. If your thinking of buying this, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Excellent product well priced, I would highly recommend it to anyone. Been cooking some lovely food with it highly recommend this product to anyone.
