The first band I bought in grey and after getting use to how to put it on I loved it, so I get a second one in my favorite color red.After wearing it around the house for a couple of hours. I found that my watch was a little loose around my wrist. I have to admit I was alittle sick to my stomach, because this new version removes the “wrap” which means it’s no safety net making it easier for the watch to fall completely of your wrist. Did some back and forth A/B testing and I found that the grey one I bought a week ago from the same company never loses it’s grip no mater how violently you shake your wrist, while the red one I just got in the mail, quickly loses it’s grip on a violent wrist shake. So like my headline says they need better quality control, I’m going to have to send this one back and try again :(

I’ve had several of the original leather loop bands by Apple for several Apple Watch versions. This product fell off my wrist several times within 2 hours of wearing it the first day. What I realized and is not obvious in packaging is that the magnetic side of the each strap MUST be in the correct orientation relative to the adjacent strap. If the correct side of strap is not used, it falls off. Most importantly it DOES NOT have the metal loop that makes the Apple version far superior. Without the loop, the band can easily fall off if the wrong side of each strap isn’t oriented correctly against the other strap.

I work with my hands so I don’t always want to be wearing a watch depending on the task I happen to be busy with.This watch band is perfect for me because it means that I can take off my Apple Watch or put it back on super quick and easy. It’s just two sides to the band that clap firm together. No loops or clips or any nonsense.It looks great and the craftsman in me appreciates the high build quality.I can’t see myself ever wanting to change to another Apple Watch band.

After a few days, the magnets started expanding in the band. Haven’t submerged in water, so I don’t know what happened. Returning

POSITIVE(S):It was a nice looking wrist band. Not completely like the Apple version that comes with a hoop for added security. I was hoping the magnets would keep things together. [Is this is even a positive point??]NEGATIVES:After installing and trying on the band the night before work, I noticed the band was pretty weak. The band would start to loosen leaving the watch face to hang towards gravity just from walking around the house or washing my hands. I was a little concerned but I've had older off-brand Milanese bands that never stayed as taught throughout the day, but it was never a big deal. I expected this new band would be much different.Here come the next day and I wear the watch and band to work and notice things getting loose from just simple typing and mouse movement at my desk. I must have readjusted the band 4-5 times in the first few hours.Frustrated, I check the comments and questions on the listing and there seemed to be a good amount people saying that I may just have the band on backward. It seemed probable since the bands had no marker to show which end should go on top, nor does it help prevent from installing any one of the watch bands upside down. So throughout the day I take little moments to troubleshoot and wore the bands differently. None of the configurations would ever get better than the same weak performance from the start.Now even more frustrated, I put on the band tightly one last time and if it loosened while working, I won't put more wasted time and energy into it. By the last quarter of the day, I noticed my wrist felt a bit off, which led me to look and see that POOF! the Apple Watch was gone! I couldn't find it anywhere I would typically frequent during the day.CONCLUSION:It took me a while to write this review because I initially blamed myself since I was the one who bought this crap and tried to make it work. But after realizing that this band couldn't even keep my watch secure during a 9-hour workday, I had to post this review and make sure something like this doesn't happen to someone else. Also the sting of having the replace my watch and be forced to get a much more expensive newer edition is something I think occasionally.

The product itself is comfortable, magnet holds well and looks high quality enough - but the leather part started splitting at the seam and filler that hides the magnet between the bonded leather pieces fell out with less than 6 months of use.The seller was contacted on method to go about warranty claim and there is no reply after almost a month. I'll wait another week before calling my credit card company to make a claim - on principle basis.UPDATE (Sep 2020)Seller has not responded. Amazon customer service keep saying to give them another message. Do not buy them if you expect it to last or get reasonable warranty process.

I saw this style white strap at the apple store and absolutely loved it, but I was not willing to spend $150 for it, so I stuck with the plain white $50 plastic strap that apple watches come with at purchase. I was on a mission to find it elsewhere. I just received the strap and love it! Looks exactly like the apple one. It’s much lighter and feels more comfortable than the apple plastic straps that come with the apple watch. These straps were a little long (my wrist is very small, I buy “small” straps) where the strap wraps all around instead of ending in the middle of wrist, a little cut solved the problem as you can see in the picture you can’t tell. It feels durable, but honestly have yet tested it meanwhile exercising. Overall I am so happy ( : Looks great!Update: I went on a 6 mile trail run and had no issues with the band. I’ve also used it for the gym and it’s great.

Although I followed their directions carefully, my watch fell off. I didn't feel it fall off, but luckily I was in my car and it landed on my lap. I really like the style and color but who wants to lose their watch?
