Normal sized! Will start off slightly small but only because of the packaging. It will expand to normal size.

Q: What is this product made of? exactly how much percent of the product is made of recycled material?

These are rather small, rough and stiff. I honestly did not pay attention to how much was recycled. If that was why they were small, hard and rough(great for a baby, IF you wanted to scrub their delicate skin off.) I either returned them or trashed them. Personally, I would look and buy another brand. JMO
