Expect most pieces to be warped
I was disappointed to see most of the boards were warped. If you're laser cutting small pieces, then this won't likely be an issue, but if you have any projects that use the full 12" x 12" (which is actually 11 7/8" x 11 7/8"), then you will be hard-pressed to find one flat board in 10. Unfortunately, the latter is what I was after (puzzle projects, laser engraving projects, etc.)Other than the warped pieces, they were packaged very well and I found only a few chipped corners. The boards were consistent in size and thickness. The finished surfaces also look great. Had these been flat, I would have highly recommended.

Great wood boards for laser
Quality is very nice. The boards are sanded and laser beautifully. They are 11.75", not 12", but I didn't have to modify my files so they work for me. Only 3 slightly bowed squares out of 48 the pack. I simply use painter tape on the edges of those to keep them flat while the machine cuts and the product is fine. This company is my new supplier after trying batches from 4 different businesses.

Perfect for a K40 laser cutter
I'm about 1/3 the way through the box. All sheets have been dead flat, and the show side is flawless. I am using 5-6% power for raster engraving @ 100mm/s and vector engraving @ 20mm/s. For vector cutting, I bump the power up to 16% @ 8mm/s. It slices the wood like butter. No issues with any voids. Even the finest cuts come out perfect. Check out the almost paper thin mask strap on the ornament picture.FWIW, the National Park Service sign is free from ThingiVerse. The ornament design was $1 from Etsy.I rarely give a 5 star review for products. This one deserves it. I will be buying more.

Excellent for laser cutter
Excellent material for a laser cutter. (Be aware (!) slightly bowed so set the depth of your cutter in vicinity of where you will be cutting if you are cutting a small area. I haven't tried any process for making it flatter and I haven't tried cutting anything using the full size of the sheet.)Good buy for the larger boxes of sheets. Comes very well packed against water; cardboard box should be sufficient to protect the edges. A 40 sheet box weighs 19 pounds so just expect that before you go to pick up the box if you get a large one.

Very nice, solid wood
Yes there is some warp, which is unavoidable (if you understand 1/8" plywood). However, the benefits far out way any issues. I used this on a CO2 laser. It rasters very nice since Baltic Birch plywood has 100% solid, birch core. While it is very strong wood, you can bend the plywood in the opposite direction of the warp to get it to lay flat for the laser. The board finish comes with a rough sand, so I fine sand the laser surface before lasering. With some trial and error with stains, sanding, repeat stain, etc., you can achieve some beautiful grains! I would include a photo but all I have is an award plaque that I can't share. I will continue to buy this product for the laser.

Better than what I found at Michael's for cheaper
These boards have less coloration defects, are truer/flatter and less physical marring than what I found on the shelf at michael's... For less than a third the price! At michael's I found a similar 1/8" 12x12 baltic birch plywood sheet that was clearly tossed around and scratched for 5 bucks... It also had the barcode sticker which left a glue residue smack in the middle of one side. Here I have a stack of pristine sheets glue-free that are nearly devoid of defects for about a $1.30 each in a stack of 48... The value is through the roof and I'm definitely going to reorder when I manage to cut my way through this whole stack!

worked great for my project
I nailed pallets together to do a raised garden inside and needed small boards to cover the large holes. I nailed these boards to the pallets with no issue, painted them and varnished. The helped to create a beautiful garden spot!
