(The photo just shows the top of the page) 4-Stainless Steel Tamper Proof Pin-in button head bolts, which means they have a rounded head on the bolt, to have a smooth surface so it will not harm any contents in your saddlebags, and a pin in the center of the hex head so not just any Allen/hex head wrench will remove this type of screw, 4-Stainless Steel oversize washers that will cover all of the inside grommet so it will not pinch or harm the rubber and compress it evenly, 4-Stainless Steel lock washers to hold the bolt tight and secure, and 4-Black oxide coated grade 5 U-Clips that fit right in place of the Bailhead retaining clips.
