I think this will be a great little three-burner gas grill. I certainly looks great - waiting to use it in anger, now. Just wanted to share a couple of experiences on the build process. (1) When you open the carboard boxes that are shipped inside the grill unit itself, be careful if you cut along the packaging tape with a blade - the top surface of a side shelf is very close, you may mark the surface - possibly a little more packaging needed for protection. (2) When you fit the two side shelves make sure you fit them so that the three hooks for tools are on the front right - not the back left - my mistake - see manual page 9 picture 7. (3) When I tried to remove the screws to fix this error, I discovered that the screws would not come out - they simply "spin" - on my unit, there is something not quite right with the three pressed-in threaded receivers on that side. That's not great for me, as I can't fix my error now, so please watch out when you build yours. It actually looks OK, I'm not stressed - and if you build it right first time, it will not be a problem. (4) Why is there a EU-UK plug adapter in my box? Nothing needs mains power. (5) I used a different regulator to the one supplied, I prefer a different style of push-fit that is easier to release from the canister - I have a very large canister to the side of the grill.

Our old BBQ lasted 10 years, with a lot of use. We were looking for similar quality, but smaller as most of the time there is only 2 of us.This seemed to fit the bill. It is sturdy, made from quality materials and with 3 small burners, ideal for the 2 of us.Construction is straightforward, just be methodical. You will ideally need 2 people when it comes to mounting the main body to the legs.Cooks well, but I find the high setting is too hot and I cook mainly on the low setting.The instructions are very clear and state Do NOT store or use the BBQ with a gas bottle under the burners. Which is exactly where the gas bottle was stored and used on our old BBQ.So you have to place the gas bottle next to the BBQ for cooking.The instructions show a flat bottom to the unit, but ours came with a gas bottle holder. Which considering the previous point is a little strange. But then the size of the hole is not big enough to take a UK Patio Gas bottle. Not even the small 5kg ones.The unit has hinged doors with a magnetic catch, but no back to the cabinet. So the doors seems surplus to requirements.It comes with a drip tray and a small container to catch fats etc. I ignored that, lined the tray with foil and a layer of kiln dried sand (from our grandchildren's sand pit from last year). I find this is a better way to catch the drips. At the end of the season, simply dispose of the sand. Saves a horrible cleaning job.Overall, good quality, not cheap, but reasonable value. Works well. Time will tell if it outlast our last BBQ.COVER: After searching for ages, I found this cover on Amazon (B082XRRRQ1). Various sizes, but the 105x50x103cm one fits this BBQ perfectly (with the sides folded down).

After 31 years my old lava rock BBQ finally bit the dust so after looking around I opted for the Klarstein Tomahawk 3T the product arrived well ahead of the delivery date it came well packaged and was fairly easy to assemble it even had a small pack of spare screws. The BBQ really looks the part with it's stainless steel finish I also like the fold down side shelfs makes it easy to store in the garage over winter. I only gave it a 4 star because I haven't used it yet because it arrived at the end of summer but it looks pretty straightforward. One other thing the regulator looks to be European so hold on to your old one if not then a quick trip to B/Q will sort it out.

BBQ was easy to put together and use, it heats up quickly and evenly. Only thing I had to do was swap over the gas bottle connector as it didn't fit the UK gas bottle. But very happy with it so far, hopefully it will last a while.

Product arrived on time, neatly boxed.Took two of us two hours to assemble, would have enjoyed a lot quicker if all components were marked ABC or 123 etc. Also you have to be slightly clairvoyant to understand what screws are needed where, would greatly help if these were marked as well. Likewise the base of the cupboard has a hole in it where gas sits, there is no hole marked on drawings and the restraining brackets which fit under the whole are not shown either. So all in all if these items were sorted the build time would be quite fast.However the grill lit first time, got really hot really fast and cooks food really well which I suppose is the main thing after all.

Didn't expect this to be as good quality as it is for the price!

We left it late in summer to order a gas BBQ as we had an old gas BBQ from old which had just seen better days. Since then we went back to coal but I missed the ease of gas.The unit arrived really well packed in a sturdy thick cardboard box , it weighs around 27kg so it’s a manageable size. I was out at work so my wife took delivery and managed to put it all together in under 30mins following the easy fit instructions. All you need to buy is a gas bottle and I would suggest purchasing a separate cover for it if you intend to leave it outside over summer/autumn.It looks great and certainly has the look of much more expensive Gas BBQs that I have seen in the shops . Being a Klarstein, this German company make some really good quality products and this has some great build quality. It’s also very easy to use with the dual burners, we couldn’t resist filling it up with steaks, chicken, pork chops and sausages on its first outing in the garden and all were cooked to perfection, the cooking grill is at the perfect height for cooking.All in all this is definitely the best BBQ that we have owned and I would highly recommend this one certainly for the price and the build quality.
