Bad quality. The adjustment system that allow to turn the tablet up or down cant be used properly. The tablet keeps moving down while driving. I tryed to adjust it a little harder and it just broke. The whole thing worked just for an hour. I strongly reccomend to look for a more solid one, probably made of some kind of metal to las longer. I have no way to return the item since i live in argentina and i buy and make it delivered to a friend who was visiting the states. I feel really dissapointed because i was sure it was a premium quality item, in part because of the personalized brand shown in the picture "eulex". It didnt seem to be a generic item, but the one receive is not the same. No brand on it. Just a some instructions. It a bad commercial practice to show and item different to the actual sold. I will be expecting an answer and al least a refund. Im sending pictures of all i'm saying.

I was sent a n/c sample for the purpose of doing this review. I occasionally see cars zoom by and notice that they have a DVD playing for the small children--oh how nice that would have been---In the 1990's---too bad my children are grown. Anyway,enter Eulex Secure Grip==I do have grandchildren, and they love to watch DVD's. THey also love to play games and on long car rides, I love it when they do just that. So, I was thrilled to have this arrive and put it to use. Its done in 2 parts---Part one, -attach to car--(headrest). It goes around the headrest and then is adjusted by means of two little knobs--. Once that is done--Part two--Pull the two sides apart (they are spring loaded) and insert tablet--then it snaps onto (part one). the part around the headrest.Its all very simple--and very self explanatory when you look at it. I'm simply summarizing it to show just how easy it is to install. It requires no tools or skills, just a couple of hands and a headrest---Once done, it holds even the heaviest of tablets with ease. I've tried a Samsung Tab 4, 10.1", and a Samsung Pro 8.3" both of which worked perfectly. Its super easy to adjust their position, and easy to remove (when parked).DO NOT LEAVE THE TABLET IN THE HOLDER WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN THE CAR. MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO AND THINGS STOLEN. (not the tablet--but it can and does happen).this is a very good product because it works, and is priced exceptionally well. I cannot think of anything it needs to be better, and would recommend it highly.

This was an absolute life-saver on a long trip with an 18 month old. We've taken him on trips before, but we always left at night so he slept the whole way while we drove. This time our plans required that we leave in the afternoon, and we had no idea if he was going to tolerate the long trip.He is still rear facing, so I mounted this on the center headrest in the back of my RDX. I ended up having to actually turn the headrest around from it's appropriate direction because it's designed to go on the back of the front headrests (the bulk of the headrest interferes with the arms otherwise). However, it worked fine when the headrest was turned around, even if it was a bit snug.I put a few hours of sesame street episodes on it and we got on the road. He was looking at it curiously for a bit before we turned it on at all, but he knows what the ipad is from facetiming with his grandparents. We turned on sesame street and he was thrilled! He watched an hour of it without getting fussy at all and even did a little "dancing" in his carseat. He took a nap after that, and when he woke up he watched another two episodes...and then we were at our destination. I don't know if we could have kept him totally calm for three hours without this since he isn't quite at the age where someone can sit in back and truly entertain him with toys or games.Pros:Mounted very easily without having to look at the instructions at allIpad with a magnetic front cover and thing plastic case fit in the mount without having to remove the caseWas very stable and didn't move at all during the driveMount held very firmly to the ipad so I didn't have any concerns with it coming off.Cons:Though it held very firmly, this came at the expense of it being slightly hard to put the ipad into the mount. The springs are VERY tight, so I actually needed to put some effort into it. It isn't a huge deal and anyone should be able to do it, but it was just surprising how much force I needed to put on it.No other issuesOverall: Great product that does what it advertises and is easy to use. Definitely worth the cost to me.

I don't normally review items...however i decided to review this one because it may save a life...First of...the first one I received seemed damaged as it wouldn't lock in place. Amazon customer service was excellent as usual and i was sent a replacement. This one worked however...this thing can be soooo dangerous it's not funny....i have a 10 "tab ...and it kept popping out. Whilst driving on a bumpy road the tablet literally flew out and thankfully missed my daughter by inches....If you have a tab over say 9" ...don't buy this item ....i do however have a 7"tab that has a silicone case and that works much better. I am still kinda hesitant to use it though after what happened.
