400W Max inverter power
Connected the inverter to my truck battery and found it could only handle about 400W continuous. If a peak surged near 500W, it would shut off.I tried a number of electronics, but my variable temperature heat gun was the best tool to use, adjusting power consumption gradually, to the point of failure. I used a Kill-A-Watt power meter to monitor consumption.Note: Spare 40A blade fuses were provided, but there is no fuse port on the exterior of the unit, to easily replace them. The instructions were to generic to offer any good information on this. I must assume you have to disassemble the unit to replace them? I opted not to....requesting a return.
