The most important to know, before assembling check for cracks and if all parts are in it
The media could not be loaded. ย The frame cam with cracks, and after I assembled, itโs all lose, even I thigh good. But the heat is really working good.

Perfect Fireplace!
This fireplace is just beautiful! The charm it adds to the room is lovely. Itโs adjustable flame and heat settings are perfect. It took maybe half an hour to it it together. I found an app that has the sound of a crackling fire and turn that on from time to time. Can not recommend this product high enough.

I love this fireplace! It arrived sooner than expected, in perfect condition, easy to assemble, the color just as depicted, and especially a quality piece at an affordable price. I had no idea an electric flame could be so realistic!

Crap!
Pain in the butt to put together. Came with scratches and a gouge on the top of it that they painted over in the process of making it. For $400 it should be of quality! Very unhappy and will be contacting them.
