I bought this for celebrating a underwater world themed birthday and it was just apt as decor pieces. The Fish cutouts are cute. The only disappointment was that there were 12 swirls and only 6 fishes so the rest of the 6 swirls were actually a waste. It is slightly on an expensive side because of the quantity of the Fishes. But they added an overall color and cuteness to the decor.
